CNN is looking for a few good heroes. “Every day” kind of people doing seemingly heroic work. So who’s your hero? If you have one, you may nominate them on CNN’s website by filling out a form that, in addition to basic contact information, only asks two questions. What is the work your hero does? Did you know that health professionals suggest complaining can actually be very good for your health? That’s right. They classify complaining into two categories, INSTRUMENTAL and EXPRESSIVE, which if used to dialogue, validate, support, problem solve, or connect with another human being is quite healthy!
