Most people do not find it difficult to love nice people, but when it comes to loving someone who is different, difficult, or frequently in our company, love can become a challenge. Yet we are commanded in Scripture, to “…love your neighbor as yourself.” (Mark 12:31) Who better than the apostle Paul to model this for us?

Happiness is finding a pencil, pizza with sausage, sharing a sandwich, and anyone or anything loved by you. Or so sings Charlie Brown.

Certainly those are very happy events but what happens to our happiness when our circumstances are not favorable towards finding a pencil, having pizza with sausage, or having a sandwich to share? Do I lose it?
